Goal: I was asked to create label designs for two new products that would be added to the current line of CBD products. One label would be for Downshift, a CBD product with CBN that helps promote sleep. The other label would be for Uplift, a CBD with CBG that supports the focus and energy.
Approach: I researched colors that could represent calm or sleep as well as happy and uplifting colors. I made note of all the colors used in the current products. I wanted the customer to be able to get an idea of what the product does by the colors of the label.
Solution: A simple, 2-color design was chosen for each label. The colors for these labels were chosen based on the product type/use, the current product colors, and the label readability.
